aToMik Green is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that's all.

aToMik Green uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from aToMik Green only last while your browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Cookies also allow us to give you a more personalised shopping experience by displaying products that interest you throughout our product pages, thus providing you with a more friendly, interesting and enjoyable shopping experience.

Security Policy

Being a web based shop front, the security and integrity of your personal details and purchasing information is of the utmost of importance to us. In all truth, the ramifications of a security breach from both our business point of view, but also upon you, our customer, is just too dangerous, costly, and simply embarrassing to want to deal with.

As a result, numerous security features have been implemented to ensure the security of your personal and financial details are NEVER jeopardised.

When purchasing through the aToMik Green website, your financial details are passed through our secure server using the latest dedicated 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. You can see this in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. It is again encrypted using an encryption algorithm which is at least 64-bit. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion, trillion years to break.

Alternatively, you may choose to make payment through Paypal, who provide their own outstanding encrypted security features.

If you choose to purchase over the phone, your credit cards details are recorded on our order form that has a tear away section. When the purchase is successful, the section containing all financial details are torn away and immediately shredded.

Your personal information and order history is securely stored both electronically and in hard copy in our 'Authorised Access Only' filing systems.

Pricing Policy

aToMik Green pricing is carefully monitored by our staff to provide our customers with the latest, competitive prices. All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of 1st July 2000. Product prices are dynamically updated by our in house purchasing system when price changes are received from our suppliers. If you find a cheaper advertised price somewhere else, email or phone us with the details of the supplier together with prices of the product required and we will endeavour to provide you with a more competitive price.

Warranty and Returns Policy

Our returns and warranty policy is listed below. Please read this carefully before purchasing from aToMik Green.

Returning a Product for Service or Replacement

• An RA (Return Authorisation) number must be obtained from our customer service department before any goods are returned. Click here to download a copy .
• The RA number must be clearly written on the shipping label and a copy of the original invoice must be supplied when ever possible. Click here to view your past orders and to print your invoices.
• All costs incurred in returning the product to us for repair, replacement or credit are your responsibility.
• Warranty on all equipment will be the manufacturers warranty and at the manufacturers discretion.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that all products are suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping. You must not write on or attach labels to the product being returned.
• We accept no responsibility for goods lost in transit. It is your responsibility to insure them.
• We will not accept goods sent to us as receiver pays or without a clearly marked RA number.
• If an RA number can't be identified aToMik Green will be unable to accept delivery of the returned goods.
• An RA number does not guarantee credit, repair or replacement. It is simply an authorisation to return goods to us.

Returning a Product for Credit

• An RA (Return Authorisation) number must be obtained from our customer service department before any goods are returned. Click here to download a copy.
• Products are non-refundable once opened.
• Please check the specifications and compatibility of the goods being ordered to ensure they are what you require as we do not supply goods on a trial basis.
• We are happy to advise on the compatibility or suitability of the equipment being purchased. We cannot, however, guarantee that it will work in your system and we take no responsibility that it will meet your requirements.
• We do not refund or credit for incorrect choice.
• Items that are being returned for credit MUST be unopened in their original undamaged/unmarked packaging, and will incur a restocking fee of a minimum of 10%. NO credit is available for any freight paid.
• No goods will be accepted for refund or credit after 7 days from the date of invoice.

General Conditions

• RA's are valid for 7 days only, any item sent after the seven days will not be accepted by our returns department.
• We reserve the right to refuse any returns that:
  • are incomplete or missing parts; or
  • are not returned in their original packaging.
  • show signs of physical damage to the product or its packaging.
  • do not include a valid Return Authorisation Number on the shipping label.
  • have an expired Return Authorisation Number.

• If you receive a product that appears to have been "Damaged in Transit" - that is, damaged in transit from us to you - you should:-
  • refuse to accept delivery of the product,
  • direct the courier to "Return goods to sender" and
  • notify our Customer Service staff immediately

• Events such as wilful damage, misuse, unauthorised repair or tampering with a product may prevent a product being accepted for return or warranty repair or replacement.

Delivery

aToMik Green products are delivered by AAE ( Australian Air Express), Australia Post or similar courier service. You can provide specific delivery directions for when you are not at home, avoiding the need to collect your package from the local post office. However, AAE do not deliver to Postal Boxes. Unless you have authorised your parcel to be left at your premiseses, you may be expected to sign for your product before receipt. Please consider your suggested delivery point carefully. Work addresses are a good alternative.

aToMik Green offers free shipping on orders in excess of $200. This applies only to sales made through the aToMik Green Shop online and is not applicable to phone or store purchases. The free shipping option will automatically be applied at checkout and is only available to Australian delivery addresses.

Delivery details such as connote number are available on request.

^ Please note that deliveries with AAE are not insured, it is your responsibility to take out insurance if required.

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will determine the cause. If a mistake was made by us, we will resend the package, or issue a full refund (including shipping charges). If the mistake is made by the couriering company, we will liase with the courier company to assist them in any way required. Otherwise we will issue a refund excluding shipping charges.
